This website focuses on the life and work of Edith Stevens, creator of the comic strip Us Girls, which debuted in The Boston Post in 1929 and ran daily almost continuously, 6 days a week, for over 3 decades. Edith was one of the first woman cartoonists to work at a major daily newspaper, whose strip targeted a female audience. The website provides an overview of her influence as a cartoonist and artist as well as chronicles the progression of Us Girls through the decades.
