This website focuses on the life and work of Edith Winsby Stevens, creator of the single panel comic, Us Girls, which debuted in The Boston Post in 1929 and ran appeared 6 days a week, for over 3 decades. Edith was one of the first woman cartoonists to work at a major daily newspaper, and whose strip targeted a female audience. The site provides an overview of her influence as a cartoonist and artist as well as chronicles the progression of Us Girls through the decades.
